Delivery time and shipping
What is the delivery time of my order?
Almost all our products are delivered from stock. For products with a delivery time, this is clearly stated. Orders ordered and paid on business days before 16:00 hours will be shipped by our company on the same day.
All packages actually arrive the next day. This also applies to packages sent to Belgium.
Didn’t you receive the package the next day? Don’t panic, there may be a sorting error and the package will most likely be delivered the next day.
This only applies if you have not selected a delivery date.
PostNL delivers its mailbox and parcel mail from Monday to Saturday.
Monday ordered before 16:00, delivered on Tuesday
Tuesday ordered before 16:00, Wednesday delivered
Wednesday ordered before 16:00, Thursday delivered
Thursday ordered before 16:00, Friday delivered
Friday ordered before 16:00, Saturday delivered

Yes. We can have your package delivered at a PostNL service point, you can pick it up there.
