Return and Exchange
1. Can I return an item?
Your order is subject to a notice period of 14 days from the moment the order is in your possession. During this period you can view or review the article. Are you not satisfied with the article? Then you can return it.
2. I want to return an item, how does it work?
If you wish to return an item within 14 days of the legal viewing period, you must notify this in advance by sending an email to info@waterpijpsmaak.com. Please indicate the item in question, your order number and your bank details.
When returned, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
For each return shipment: You can only return items that are in a state in which you would like to receive them yourself. This includes:
the product must be intact and complete.
if possible, we ask you to return the item in its original packaging.
make sure that it can not damage the whole during transport.
send your invoice or a copy thereof with you in the return package.

4. When will I get my money back?
As soon as your package arrives at our return it will be processed equally. We strive to deposit the amount within 7 days, but no later than 10 days on the given bank account number.
5. I want to exchange an item, how does it work?
An item may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in good and unused condition. The packaging of the product must also be intact. Do you want to exchange an item? Then you must inform us in advance by email that you want to exchange an article. Please indicate the item in question, your order number and the item you wish to exchange for. You will receive an email confirmation of your return registration.
