Do I have to create a login account to place an order?
No, that’s not necessary. Many people find it annoying to create a login account. With us, creating an account is not mandatory. Are you planning to make more frequent purchases in one of our webshops? Then an account might be useful.I want to receive my order at a different address, is that possible?
It is of course possible to have your order delivered to a different address. For example, you can have your order delivered at work, or to someone else for whom the order is intended.
Do you want to have your package delivered to a different address? Then proceed as follows:
Enter the invoice address
Then clear the’send to the same address’ box
Now enter an alternative shipping address at’shipment address’
I want to change my order, is it possible?
If possible, try to contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or via mail.
I want to cancel my order, how do I do that?
Unfortunately, cancellation of an order already placed is not possible. Would you rather not receive your order afterwards? Then you can return the package within 14 days at your own expense.
I live in Belgium, can I also place an order?
Of course, customers from Belgium can also place an order.
Are the prices of the items including B.T.W.?
Yes, all our prices are listed including tax
